TreatTray™
Here’s a great way to see birds really close-up – and it also makes an ideal secondary feeding point for any garden. Fill the clear, sturdy tray with I Love Robins, seeds or mealworms and get ready to enjoy the show. Treat Tray clings to any window and removes easily. It’s made in tough polycarbonate that won’t crack or discolour.
TreatTray™ Canopy
This tough, highly practical Canopy shields TreatTray™ and its contents from rain. For best results we recommend positioning around 10-15cm directly above the tray. If you prefer, lower the canopy’s height to discourage larger birds like pigeons and starlings. Just like TreatTray, it’s moulded in clear, tough polycarbonate that’s easy to wash by hand.
Great little transparent window tray for the smaller birds. I use it on my garage window and it is sticking well so far do suction seems good. I saw it originally on the Jane jacobi site where I buy food but sadly always out of stock, was pleased to get it on amazon a little cheaper and next day delivery for free. The size is small, perfect for smaller lightweight birds. Seems very sturdy as hard plastic, easy to clean as a simple mould. Performance good so far also. I've just placed some meal worms in it as a treat so happy birds. As a side note I've bought the seperate brackets to enable me to move this to a fence post, and the roof that you attach seperate above the feeder to protect the birds and food from too much rain.
This is an amazing bird feeder, and an wonderful seller. When we had a regular feeder, we never knew a thing about our garden birds. We'd occasionally say something like, "Ooh - we have a lot of those yellow ones lately" - and that was it. Then we got our first window feeder - by another company. It was OK. We started to notice that we were getting to know the birds a bit better - but couldn't see them all that well (it had a "see through" plastic backing, that wasn't all that clear. So we searched for something better, and found this little tray. And it has changed everything. Because we can move it, we can place it where the squirrels (usually) can't get to it (because they are too heavy, and cause danger to themselves jumping onto it!!), but the birds can. And suddenly, we know all about the families of birds we have! In fact, I think we used to have visitors, but they have maybe moved in now! And had babies! And this spring we saw three babies from two families grow from very tiny little fellows, up to big (for a great tit) birds! We now know what types of birds they are (as we can properly see them), and we even can see their personalities! Which are quite apparent! We have one little guy who chirrups each time he finds new food, and another which will only come if his mum goes first, etc. It's fabulous!! But a very crafty squirrel took a flying leap onto the window sill last week, and found a way to get to that feeder (he's really skilled!), to knock it down. And then, he tried to run off with it, he liked it so much!! Like his own personal feeder that would magically re-fill! And in the process, he lost one of the suction cups that holds it on! So I contacted the seller, who actually took the time to contact the manufacturer for me (as he hadn't been given any extras), to get me two additional suction cups sent immediately!! Plus, they wrote to me, to let me know, straight away, and then checked up on me later, too! They were kind and courteous, and overall, just wonderful to deal with. Completely recommended!!
Easy to refil.
SIster gave me the window bird feeder, it rained ! Hence purchased the cover. Keeps the food dry and clean. A day after fitting it I had a visit from Blue tits and Bobby Robin.

Very pleased with this, once I got it to stick ! There is a definite knack, but do persevere as it does in the end. I found that if I put a VERY tiny smear of vaseline on the suction cups (hint I picked up from previous reviews) and pressed really hard when attaching it to the window, it has stayed on most of the time, occasionally it falls off, especially when there are more than two or three birds trying to get to the suet pellets! Only one robin at a time, very territorial! but the blue tits and coal tits absolutely love it as well. It's lovely being able to see them watching you as you work in the kitchen. They have got used to me now and don't fly off so much when I am there. If I make a sudden movement that does disturb them, but on the whole they make me waste an awful lot of time watching them! Highly recommend.
I had the bottom feeder portion, but could not find the cover. Amazon to the rescue. The cover works great over the feed tray. You can easily position it where you need it, and the little suction cups hold on tight.
A bit skeptical if it would work. The suction cups are amazing, very solid. Has not failed us yet. It can support weight of at least two birds from my testing. Not had more than two birds on it at once yet. (Its a little too small for more than two to be honest.). The build of the tray is solid. No thrills, and does what its supposed to do. Took a few days for them to find the tray on my window. I tried putting a small amount on the floor under the tray. Hoping it would entice a bird closer so they might look up and see the food tray. LOL! Eventually they foudn it! The word on the trees spread! it didn't take long for others to find it. :D Really enjoying the birds visiting my tray. The robins are lovely, so are the Sparrows! Except for one particular Sparrow (I call it Messy). Keeps digging their beak into the tray and tossing the feed over the edge while it tries find a worm in amongst the food! Anyway, we are loving it, the kids have taken a liking to bird watching now. We used the "I Love Robins" branded bird feed as well with this tray. It is only 500g, but it is plenty really. Would recommend it. Even the sparrows seem to like eating it.
This is a must-have for keeping the bigger birds away. Works a treat!
Haven't had any robins yet as they are a bit shy in the summer. I did have a starling approach it but it flew off when it saw me through the window (I don't like the starlings in the garden). One of the suckers did slide down the window within the first week but as stayed in place since.

I love this little feeder. The birds stayed away for about 2 weeks, but then slowly inched closer and closer. Now, we are at a stage where I can stand and watch or move around in the kitchen and the birds dont sudden fly away. Last week I was doing some DIY by the back window and our little robin family still used the feeder whilst I was right by the side of it, and tilted heads when I spoke to them… I love it… fixes firmly, doesn't fall off, easy to refill and Ive had 3 birds on it at one time….

Strong enough to support of pigeons weight. However, I would advise finding a way to attach the suckers to the feeder, for, if they do fall off as you are taking the feeder off, it's a pain to try and find them again. I personally used Sugru, that also gave me somewhere to tie some string to shut in the window as added security.

Wasn't sure about buying this product as I live on busy main road but next to a train line. Never thought I'd see birds as a new build but after 6 yrs they've got used to us living here, it's a privilege to know the birdies when they come back. The Robin's were moody when I changed their feeder but they're having their best life out there at the moment lol. Meal worm, yuk, they love em! Great feeder. Love it, loads of Robins feeding and singing from 1am every morning. Nice to have them back. I 🥰 Robins lol.
Does what it said on the packet, although I removed the glass suckers and screwed them onto my bird table to stop squirrels climbing over the edge to the feeders below. I now have four of them one on each side. It has worked for a week now and watching the squirrels trying to work out how to get to their food source is interesting.
No birds in our garden have bothered with it but I know others who have them and the birds love them
This one works far better than two others we tried, which had roofs, looking like little houses. They may have looked quaint, but birds could not land and hovered momentarily before giving up. On this open style of table they land just fine and have been feeding for several weeks now. The suckers are not great, hence 4 stars - I had to put Vaseline on them to make them stick to the glass without falling off.

Not that expensive and has brought lots of entertainment and helped feed the little robin that visits my garden . The larger birds have tried to sit on the tray but find they are too big against the glass to actually feed . Make sure window is clean before applying first time .
The birds love feeding from this tray! It does have holes for water to seep through but, not big enough for seeds to drop through. Ideal. Also sticks well to window but, did have to replace one of the suction pads as, it refused to stick to the window, regardless of what I did or used on it. Overall, I am well chuffed with this bird feeding tray. Have as yet to see a Robin using it but, give it time for them to see it's there and know that it is not dangerous or anything.
Fabulous to see the birds feeding up close

Update: I am changing from 1 star to 5 star because I received a replacement free of charge in no time. Robins love it. It's holding up nicely even during frost. Old review:I can't use this. It has one of the suction caps missing.
I have this on my kitchen window and the little birds visit for food. So lovely to seem them up close.
These little feeders are great. Just cut off the backing cardboard and they are good to go. Suckers seem to be very strong. Had a blue tit land on them not long after putting them out. Now they are regularly being used by the blackbirds. Robins don't seem keen on them so far but I would definitely recommend them.
Ok
Wonderful little things. I’m just about to buy a third / maybe forth. I have these on the bedroom windows and they are both filled at least 5/6 times a day. The local sparrow community wait in the hedge outside and get very excited each time they are filled. Lots of joy.

Really pleased with it. Well made and resistant. Where I live there’s a lot of rain and wind and it has never fell. It has been the only bird feader I have found to prevent pigeons from eating. Not the same luck with the magpies though, they appeared to be more skilled.

That it was sold separately. I brought the bottom half from local garden centre as could not get on line. I love the whole thing. My little Robins let me stand really close whilst they feed. Grandson loves he so close to them
Value for money 👍
